Meta-corporation framework
BLACCXN metacorp own 90% of the shares in Pharma, Agra, and Local. Nationstate legislation and international trade law forbid 100% ownership by any one meta-corporation. As this ensures democratic mechanism, BLACCXN welcomes this stricture on its operations.

Each conglomerate within BLACCXN, Pharma®, Agra® and Local®, owns or holds majority shares in other corporations with a greater consumer profile. BLACCXN is the name behind the name behind the likes of Walmart, Unilever, Tesco, Monsanto and Glaxo Smith Klein. (Precise details of our stake in various listed companies globally including those mentioned above is subject to non-disclosure due to 'commercial sensitivity'. Any 'Freedom of Information' questions will be dealth with appropriately.)

In addition to majority or total ownership of listed corporations, BLACCXN actively invests in other transnational corportions as part of our portfolio. We are particularly interested in other pharmaceutical companies, supermarket/retail stores and anything with large land-based assets, such as mining concerns. We also support the work of military technology corporations in order to help secure our worldview. We are happy to welcome family-run and other listed smaller companies as part of our family of well-known and well-loved brands. Invitations to join our happy team are rarely refused.

Distribution of BLACCXN stock
10% of Pharma, Agra, Local shares are held by other large institutional shareholders: banks and investment companies. Individual shareholders are invited to buy shares and own up to 0.00001% of our stock to help you, the citizen, feel enfranchised. If you own our stock, you are implicated in our business. It is BLACCXN policy to help every citizen on earth, not only consume our products and work within our umbrella of corporations, but on the invidiual level, we want all our stakholders to feel a part of the BLACCXN family and to feel that they are making a valuable contribution.

All shareholders are invited to our AGM and all views will have a platform proportional to their contribution to BLACCXN.
